Schedule of Events
C-1 -- Saturday, May 16
- Starts at 5:30 pm at Kleber Dam
- Exact same course as other years -- looped course on the pond primarily.
- Winning time about 45 minutes
- Entry : $10
C-2 -- Sunday, May 17
- Starts at 10:30 am at the Tower Pond boat launch behind the softball fields just north of M-68 in Tower
- Exact same course as years past -- paddling on two ponds and a river section with 4 portages
- Winning time about 1:45
- Entry: $20
***Special Interest*** There will be a banquet after the race provided by the Junior class of Onaway high. Like the last two years, they got us our sponsorship from the local businesses and organized the meal so I ask that you continue to be generous in your donations at the banquet because without them there probably would not be race here.
Lyon Motel and the Onaway Motel both sponsored the race if you need lodging.
